PDL Manifold comes ready assembles complete with isolation valves, end-caps with air vent on the flow bar and pressure gauge on return.
Pipe Specification – Pex-Al-Pex – 16x2mm:
The Pex-Al-Pex pipe is WRAS Approved and a high temperature resistant polyethylene pipe (PE-RT). It consists of an overlapped, longitudinally welded aluminium pipe with an inner and outer layer of PE-RT plastic. All layers are permanently bonded by intermediate adhesive layers whilst a special welding technique ensure high reliability. Pex-Al-Pex – Due to the aluminium layer within the pipe there is no need to use clip-rail as clipping method standard clips will keep the pipe secured. 16mm pipe is the most commonly used size in the Underfloor Heating range.
Water Temperature Control pack:
This solution of water temperature control, controls the floor temperature of water in systems up to 200m² of heated floor area and a maximum heating load of 14KW. The control pack consists of thermostatic mixing valve, A-rates Grundfos Pump, return elbow, temperature gauge, manifold adaptors and all necessary seals. It simply works by mixing the primary boiler flow water with the cooler water from the underfloor heating return. This then maintains the required underfloor heating flow Temperature
Control: Heatmiser Slimline Programmable Room Thermostat can provide up to four different temperature at the different times of the day and has 7-day programming system.
